Ability to inspire, drives change and influence strategies surrounding design, financials, creative operational and technological guidance for the creative services organization. Experience with full creative life cycle – including needs assessments, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, design, delivery and post mortem. Experience in sectors encompassing healthcare, financial and professional services, consumer and home goods, media, high-tech, travel, food & nutrition, retail, fashion, beauty, and agriculture clients.

TEAM BUILDING/MENTORING: Lead, mentor and motivates high-performance, cross-functional creative & project management teams in both online and offline creative initiatives, ensuring all day-to-day activities support the client’s goals & the creative vision. Gains trusted-advisor status with key decision makers; and implements creative strategies that improve productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction.

DISCIPLINES: Armed with every discipline – integrated offline and online campaigns, creative, design, strategic, digital, web, social, branded experiences, print and video. P&L management while having the ability to develop long-range business plans based on trends, business analytics, and economic indicators.
